Development Status of Wear-Resistant Protection Technology for Picking Spindle of Cotton Picker.

In recent years, with the development of cotton picking machinery, the mechanized picking degree of cotton has been improved. As the core component of the cotton-picking machine, the picking spindle is intertwined with the cotton in the working process. Fatigue, wear and fracture often occur during cotton picking process. At present, the domestic picking spindle is mainly imported from abroad, which is expensive. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the wear-resistant protection of the ingot picking. This paper mainly introduces the common methods and research status of the wear protection of cotton-picking machine, and briefly analyzes the main problems and development trends of the wear protection technology of cotton picker picking spindle.
