Molinos Río de la Plata, the food arm of Argentine holding Grupo Perez Companc, has acquired frozen-pizza assets in Argentina from McCain Foods. The deal includes the frozen-pizza brand Sibarita and a manufacturing plant in Buenos Aires province.
