The vaccine has shown promising results in targeting and transporting neoantigens to DCs, promoting DC maturation, and inducing neoantigen-specific T cells. In mouse and humanized mouse tumor models, ePAC combined with anti-TIM-3 demonstrated significant antitumor efficacy.
