Abstract
- A recent study conducted by researchers at Southern Medical University in Guangdong, China, has explored a new treatment approach for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). The study focused on the use of a nanoparticle formulation containing saponin and dexamethasone, which showed promising results in inhibiting the excessive proliferation of fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) in inflamed joints. The treatment was found to alleviate RA-induced inflammatory response and joint damage in animal models. The researchers believe that this nanomedicine holds potential for the synergistic treatment of RA. [Extracted from the article]
