Abstract
- A recent study conducted at the Graduate University of Advanced Technology in Kerman, Iran, explored the use of biocompatible quince seed mucilage hydrogel as a material for drug delivery systems. The hydrogel showed promising results as a carrier for ceftriaxone antibiotic release, with an impressive encapsulation efficiency of 96.1%. The research concluded that the proposed hydrogel structure (III) has potential as an efficient carrier system for drug delivery applications. [Extracted from the article]
