REPERE IDENTITARE ÎN POLITICILE CULTURALE DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA.

The intention of this material is to follow how the identity process of the Republic of Moldova takes shape and changes, in relation to the linguistic tools, through public policies and programmatic documents. The subject is also updated by Law no. 52 of March 16, 2023 for the implementation of the considerations of some decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, which provides for the replacement of the phrase "Moldovan language" with the phrase "Romanian language" in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, thus implementing a decision of the Constitutional Court from 2013, which attests to the fact that the state language is Romanian. Also, the status of a candidate country for the European Union obtained in June 2022 and the Russian War against Ukraine, which began in 2022, with successive escalations that directly influence the Republic of Moldova, are also taken into account in the analysis. The study continues the author's previous academic interests in the direction of research on the identity construction of different ethnic groups and deepens the conclusions from the projects "Moldarte" and "Culture Day in Romania and the Republic of Moldova: duplex of cultural policies" in which she was involved as a facilitator and cultural analyst respectively.
