Abstract
- A recent systematic review conducted by the Pregnancy Loss Research Group focused on the knowledge of healthcare professionals and students regarding termination of pregnancy (TOP) legislation and procedures. The review included 31 studies published between 2002 and 2020 from various regions globally, revealing poor knowledge among participants. The findings underscore the critical need for education and training on TOP for healthcare practitioners to ensure the provision of safe and high-quality care. The study emphasizes the importance of involving healthcare professionals and students in TOP services to enhance service sustainability and compassionate care. [Extracted from the article]
