Abstract
- VolitionRx Limited conducted a symposium at ESICM Lives 2024, presenting findings that suggest the Nu.Q(R) NETs test could help predict sepsis patients at risk of deteriorating. Three large studies in France, Germany, and the Netherlands involving over 3,000 sepsis patients utilized Volition's test to measure levels of circulating H3.1 nucleosomes, a marker for Neutrophil Extracellular Traps (NETs). This research may have implications for improving sepsis management and patient outcomes. [Extracted from the article]
