In the article, the necessity of the Armed Forces metamodel was analyzed on the criteria of the centralization of the sovereign state and the formation of a democratic civil society. The security of the border against the background of army building, including having a sacred meaning, has been proven with references and analyzed from a scientific-philosophical as well as a theological point of view. İn the article, the values of the border model in terms of an abstract approach, the importance of the democratic state and society in the prism of the multi-centered concept are elaborated.
