Clinical conundrum.

The article presents a case study of a five year old female neutered Domestic Shorthair cat with muscle weakness and persistent hypokalaemia. It explores the diagnostic challenges and treatment approach for this case, where initial symptoms included lethargy, low head carriage, and abnormal hindlimb gait. It is reported that the cat was treated with potassium supplementation and spironolactone, followed by a left adrenalectomy.
