Abstract

Researchers from the Second Affiliated Hospital in Wuhu, China, reported on two cases of sarcoidosis where skin nodules were the initial symptom, with no prominent respiratory issues. Both patients had chest CT scans showing pulmonary nodules and lymphadenopathy. Treatment with oral prednisone acetate was successful, with no new rash observed during a one-year follow-up.
