Abstract
- The article focuses on the antibacterial activity of isopropanolic extracts from selected Indian spices against Escherichia coli, the primary pathogen responsible for urinary tract infections (UTIs). It evaluates the antimicrobial properties of turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, fennel, clove, and tamarind, providing an alternative to conventional antibiotics.
