Abstract

The article discusses the changing culture of British people in terms of lawsuits and litigations. A drastic increase in the number of inventive lawsuits has been observed in Great Britain. A study found that very few people in Britain sought compensation for suffering injuries in comparison to Australia and the U.S. However, it is becoming fashionable for British adults to revisit past grievances and make them the subject of new compensation claims. Changes in the British civil justice system is encouraging more litigations.
