Abstract
- Researchers at AL Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt, conducted a study on the influence of titanium dioxide and silver nanoparticles on the fracture resistance of endodontically treated roots. The study involved treating root canals with different solutions and evaluating fracture resistance after obturation. Results showed that irrigation with silver nanoparticles and titanium dioxide nanoparticles significantly improved fracture resistance, while sodium hypochlorite yielded the lowest fracture resistance value. This research provides valuable insights into enhancing the structural integrity of dental materials using nanoparticles. [Extracted from the article]
