PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) of Indonesia is planning to issue a dollar bond of up to $1.5 billion, marking its return to the US-currency debt market after more than four years. The state-owned electricity company is considering this move to address liquidity needs and take advantage of favorable market conditions.
