Abstract
- Research from Xijing Hospital of Digestive Diseases has revealed that platinum drugs can increase the expression levels of CXCR4 and PD-L1 in gastric cancer. This study suggests that a combined treatment targeting these molecules may hold promise for gastric cancer patients. The findings indicate that cisplatin-induced upregulation of CXCR4 and PD-L1 is dependent on ROS-dependent pathways, offering potential implications for novel therapeutic approaches in gastric cancer.
