Abstract
- Researchers from the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University in China have developed a tailored biomimetic nanoreactor to enhance chemodynamic treatment for gliomas. This nanoreactor effectively depletes glutathione and elevates acidity in glioma cells, improving treatment efficacy. The study suggests that this novel approach could serve as a promising strategy for glioma treatment, as demonstrated in both in vitro and in vivo experiments. The research was published in Materials Today Bio and can be accessed for free online. [Extracted from the article]
