Study of the with the CMD-3 Detector at the VEPP-2000.

We present preliminary results of the cross-section measurement of the process based on an integrated luminosity of about 51.4 pb collected with the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 collider in the center-of-mass energy region below 1 GeV. A systematic uncertainty of the measurement is estimated as . The measured cross-section is analyzed in the framework of the vector meson dominance model taking into account an interference of the resonances.
