Abstract
- The article reports on the consolidation trend in the film and television business in the U.S. as of December 1994. Former Walt Disney Studios chairman Jeffrey Katzenberg, teammates David Geffen and Steven Spielberg have teamed up with Capital/Cities ABC Inc. president Robert A. Iger to form a televsion studio. Intensifying the competition are government regulations concerning the ownership of TV programs by broadcast networks.
