Abstract
- This article presents information related to certain legislative bills concerning advertising sponsored by various U.S. legislators. Senator Edward M. Kennedy is sponsoring a bill which permits state regulation of tobacco advertising. Senator Albert Gore and Representative Joseph Kennedy II are sponsoring a bill that requires advertisers to put health warnings on all alcohol advertisements.
