Abstract
- The article examines the impact that the Indo-American community has had on transforming the historic hostile bilateral relationship between the U.S. and India. It explores the role of Indians in the U.S. to be decisive in altering perceptions of decision makers between two countries that had limited contact and conflicting interests. According to the article, India has played a significant international role for a developing country with a large illiterate population.
