Abstract

The article describes microfluidic cell separation technology. Immunological and non-immunological are the two methods to separate cells. Interactive physical property of cell are determined through the non-immunological technique. One of the common techniques to evaluate cell population is fluorescence-activated cell sorter. The appropriate tool to separate cells of interest out of mixed cell populations is the magnetic-activated cell sorter.
