- The article reports on the importance of data processing according to Chase Manhattan Bank vice president and senior corporate planner William H. Riley. Riley claims that the marketing information system must use electronic data and files rather than paper which will be too expensive to buy and handle. He cites the advantages offered by electronic data processing.
