ICEC BULLETIN.

The article presents developments in the International Council for Exceptional Children (ICEC) in the U.S. Strengthening the Team Approach in Special Education will be the theme of the general meetings for the 1955 international convention in California. The ICEC will join the American Association for the Advancement of Science in presenting two meetings on special education. The average ICEC chapter program has improved and it conducts a variety of professional, business and social meetings and engage in short- and long-term projects. Baltimore County, Maryland chapter is the first to affiliate with ICEC for 1955.
