Abstract
- The article reports on a developments regarding the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC). These include: the official actions of the Delegate Assembly during the 56th Annual International Convention in Kansas City, Missouri, on May 1-5, 1978; and the call for nominations to elective positions on the Board of Governors. Official actions include: the election of new board officials; amendments to CEC articles of incorporation and by-laws regarding affiliate relationships as they affect membership privileges; and the amendment of CEC campaign and balloting processes.
