Personal Growth for Teachers in Training Through Self-Study.

The article cites a study in the U.S. which examined the effectiveness of mental health course for teachers. According to the author, mental health course have become popular in colleges of education and workshops for teachers. Several assessment devices used in this study are described by the author. The result of this study revealed that mental health course helped the students make progress toward self-fulfillment, and has provided the usual cognitive experiences but has focused especially on personal growth for the students.
