Abstract
- The article discusses the perspectives and activities of the different international agencies regarding harnessing technical and vocational education and training (TVET) for sustainable development. It offers an overview of TVET issues tackled in the in the programme of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization's International Experts Meeting Learning for Work, Citizenship and Sustainability held in Bonn, Germany from October 25-28, 2004.
