Abstract
- The article reports on the protection of laptop computers in the U.S. According to the SecurityDocs.COM, about 600,000 laptops have been stolen in the country annually, and with them goes not only the value of the computer but the wealth of the secured information which have been built in. An innovative solution that involves the laptop security include the alarm transmitting radio signals to a key ring device which have been carried by the owner.
