Abstract
- The article presents maps and graphs pinpointing which geographic regions and industries are the most cash rich. Banking and retailing rank top in number of employees, while oil and gas operations and banking rank highest in sales. Consumer durables came in third on both measures. Over half of the home offices of the world's companies can be found in the U.S., Great Britain and Japan.
