The author states that during winter since he cannot play golf, he tend to join a health club however he decided to quit. On his birthday, he decided to buy an exercise bike and put it in his office. He added on his bike a semi-aerobic activity invented by himself which he called Attention Deficit Housecleaning. Another healthful activity he introduced is using the Random Access Vacuuming chasing for dust.
