Abstract
- The article presents a speech by Bertrand Russell of the British Empire delivered at a nuclear disarmament campaign conference in Basle, Switzerland. He discusses that the nuclear disarmament measures has two different kinds these are those that aim only to minimize the regular risk of war and those aim the long-term measures to avoid a great war throughout the future. The disarmament of the nuclear weapons relies on the government decision itself.
