Abstract
- The article reports that Augusto R. Saint Silva, a state trooper in Massachusetts, has been terminated for offering to tear up a speeding ticket if the motorist would write a term paper for him. The trooper apprehended a motorist last October 1984 and discovered that they were taking the same course in law and justice at the University of Massachusetts at Boston.
