Abstract
- The article provides an overview on the contents of the book "Prohibition at Its Worst," by Irving Fisher, professor of Economics at Yale University. Fisher declares in his book that the city, known as the wettest city in the U.S., shows a steady decrease of single-time offenders for drunkeness. The author concluded that the present situation of imperfect enforcement is intolerable.
