Genta Inc. has found the potential of its drug Genasense in combination with chemotherapy in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has accepted Genta's new drug application for Genasense. A clinical trial was initiated by Genitope to assess the use MyVax personalized immunotherapy in treatment of CLL.
