Abstract
- The article discusses a report published in the September 2, 2006 edition of the "Sand Diego Union-Tribune" which described the San Diego Public Library's fundraising efforts which are falling significantly short of their goal. The library hopes to raise $85 million in private donations in order to construct a new main branch, however only $3 million has been collected.
