Abstract

The article focuses on a bus passenger who boarded at Madison Avenue in New York City. He told the driver that the only money he had with him was 14 cents and a $20 bill. After a few moments, apparently taking the downpour and the lateness of the hour into account, the driver agreed to accept the 14 cents. The bus driver advised the passenger to think ahead next time.
