Microsoft Plays a New Zune.

The author compares Microsoft's new Zune music players with Apple's iPod/iTunes. Microsoft hopes Zune's ability to share music will be its distinctive characteristic. However, in terms of copy-protected content, the Zune player will only take files purchased from the Zune Marketplace. The author believes Microsoft must outdo iTunes' menu of video offerings.
