Abstract
- The article offers information regarding heating and cooling approach of the Perfection Spring and Stamping Corp. The company has installed four big fans which are slow moving. The slow moving air can make the facility's air temperature feel cooler than what the actual thermostat registers, thus, creating a considerable savings in operating costs.
