Abstract

The article focuses on the proliferation of global terrorism despite the security initiatives being made by authorities. Counterterrorist experts believe that the U.S. homeland security system is ill-equipped to stop planned attacks of suspected bombers, unlike British officials who have stopped planned attacks in London, England. U.S. President George W. Bush admits that his nation and the world is still not safe.
