Abstract
- The article focuses on the all day public hearing conducted at the Police Headquarters in New York. The public forum was attended by the U.S. Department of Transportation, New York City Council, and the New York State Assembly. Participants discussed about the proposed federal ruling that would cover the transport of nuclear materials. The transportation of materials has been stopped by the New York City Board of Health in 1976.
