Abstract

The article looks at the counterattack of U.S. President George W. Bush against critics of his credibility. It now seems that either Bush was not telling the truth about his reasons for going to the Iraq war or he did not know the truth and cannot admit it. For the skeptics, he named a commission to explore the intelligence failures and included Senator John McCain to sanctify it. INSET: Is Cheney an Asset or a Liability?.
