The article discusses the arrest of Afghan tribal leader Haji Bashar Noorzai, who acted as an informant to the U.S. on Taliban and al-Qaeda leaders since November of 2001. However, Noorzai's tribe was a large producer of opium, and in June of 2004 his name was placed last on the list of most wanted druglords.
