Abstract

The article discusses how U.S. computer companies are expanding their personal computer (PC) rivalries to China. Both Hewlett Packard (HP) and Dell are bringing their computers to China to capitalize on the $19 billion market. The companies are tailoring their marketing to Chinese audiences. Dell opened three "customer experience" centers in China for PC buyers to test drive their products.
