Abstract
- The article discusses the comments on the legal opinions laid down by the Office of Legal Affairs of the United Nations (UN). Several opinions on various aspects concerning legal affairs including legal status of UN in United States, Legal Counsel's statement during the debate on "Strengthening International Law" and implications of articles with reference to Human Rights are also discussed.
