Abstract
- The article reports on the announcement made by energy suppliers in Great Britain to cut its domestic tariffs. RWE Npower (RN) became the latest to join the move with its rivals British Gas PLC and Powergen PLC. The company will cut residential gas and power tariffs by 16 and 3 percent, respectively, starting March 2007. Also EDF Energy, ScottishPower, Scottish and Southern Energy are expected to follow RN.
