Abstract
- The article reports on the signing of contract by General Electric and CBRail with GE Transportation for the rebuilding of 20 M62-type Co-Co Russian made diesel electric locomotives for Poland. The diesel electric locomotives are known as ST44, whose first ST44 was produced by the Voroshilovgrad Locomotive Factory in Russia and was delivered to Polish Railways in 1966.
