Abstract: The article reports that Adult Still's disease patient developed thrombotic microangiopathy with diffuse digital gangrene (AOSD). AOSD is manifested by the appearance of fever, skin rash, arthritis, sore throat, leucocytosis, and hypertransaminasaemia. It is suggested that plasma exchange is useful in treating AOSD.
