Abstract
- The article presents several restaurant dishes in Los Angeles, California. The Wagyu New York Sirloin at CUT restaurant is made with 100 percent real Japanese Kobe beef specially raised to have a high fat content. The Shogun Sushi Castle at Hamasaku restaurant is layered with Japanese king crab and lobster in homemade Hamasaku sauce, then topped with Japanese toro and Hawaiian mango. The Lobster Bisque at Social Hollywood restaurant can be eaten by cracking the pastry shell over the bowl of bisque.
