Abstract
- The article presents a study which identifies the expression of the signature T helper 1 cell-associated cytokine interferonϒ-regulated at the level of chromatin CD4+T<subscript>[H]</subscript> cells. It has been identified that eight conserved non-coding sequences within 57 kilobases upstream or downstream of the gene are identified as potential regulatory elements. Moreover, the regulatory enhanced gene has acted mainly as boundary elements.
