Abstract: This continuation of an article in the November 1962 issue of "Zeitschrift für Sozialreform" discusses German law relating to subsidies for winter construction of public buildings. Winter construction is noted to be more costly, but it helps reduce unemployment. Questions of tax abatement for such projects are discussed.
